Foundation of Python was laid in 1980s.

• First Implementation was started in 1989 by GUIDO VAN RUSSUM at CWI,Netherland.
• ABC language is said to be predecessor of Python Language(capabale of exception Handing).
• Influenced by-Modula-3 and ABC language.

Python is OBJECT ORIENTED and GENERA PURPOSE LANGUAGE.
